You really can't make an out of focus image sharp, this one looks like camera shake. Still it's a cute photo, and I would have liked to share it too if it had been mine.

Shots like this can be hard to accomplish because the tones/shades tend to blend everything together. You, however, pulled it off beautifully. The added rough texture of the tree juxtaposed with the smoothness of the chair really helps as well. Top it off with an interesting subjecting matter and nice framing and you've got yourself a great shot. All the best!
