The vertical white line is very distracting for this photo, and the nose profile is somewhat compromised by tree silhouettes in the background. You'd be better off cropping the photo to get rid of as much of the trees and fence on the left as you can, and then Burning the white line down to be less dominant, since Burn and Dodge are allowed.

Since the butterfly occupies so little of the picture plane with it's wings folded, you might consider cropping off some of the excessive greenery on the right. It will still leave the pink blossom for the Rule of Thirds, and will help return the focal point to the butterfly. Right now, the two flowers are more dominant.

And everyone else were perfect. Good catch on theme.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sending every PXL person on here that has NOT tried using a syringe for a shooter a plane ticket to Florida so we can have a syrings shooter party!!! YA'LL ARE DISAPPOINTIN ME! (hehehe) BUT after that party you will have had a GREAT experience! The idea is to have one person taking the shot and another one giving it. MUCH FUN TO BE HAD WITH THEM THINGS!

A bit of advice on how to improve this though, if you could switch out your b/g for something non reflective that would help a lot. It would get rid of the reflection of the flash as well as the chromatic aberration (The blue and purple halos around the plungers). If that's not possible than moving the flash to a different angle would eliminate those problems as well. Of course that is assuming you have the ability to separate your flash from the camera.

But even with those minor flaws this is still a great image, keep up the good work
