"pretty girl" and showing someone smoking is an oxymoron
(5 years and 3129 days ago)Hrmmm only the stuff through the lens is in focus - maybe I need glasses! (good job)
(5 years and 3129 days ago)wonderful!!!
(5 years and 3130 days ago)oh, this is a great shot! just like no others!!!!
(5 years and 3130 days ago)In this case, good.
(5 years and 3130 days ago)I think this is better.
(5 years and 3130 days ago)staunch
(5 years and 3130 days ago)well done
(5 years and 3130 days ago)This is very very creative. Nice job!
(5 years and 3132 days ago)According to this site http://www.fernlea.com/vines/spiderplant.html the spider plant is classified as a vine. So I'd say this is on topic.
(5 years and 3132 days ago)It is a nice photo. Aside from the blown highlights (which doesn't really bug me in this shot anyway) it gives a nice take on the vine subject while remaining subtle and quaint. Good work!
Wisteria sinensis (Chinese Wisteria) is a woody, deciduous, perennial climbing vine in the genus Wisteria, native to China in the provinces of Guangxi, Guizhou, Hebei, Henan, Hubei, Shaanxi, and Yunnan. While this plant is a climbing vine, it can be trained into a tree-like shape, usually with a wavy trunk and a flattened top.
(5 years and 3132 days ago)This is not a vine. This is the common house plant called the Spider Plant. Which also grows very well outdoors in frost free areas.Spider plants are botanically known as Chlorophytum comosum. What you see are not vines they are called runners.
(5 years and 3132 days ago)As a photo i agree with friiskiwi about the highlights. But knowing this plant well and knowing it has a wild and woolly growing habit i think you have captured the essence of this plant very well.
A much prettier photo, Highlights a little blown. I would crop out the bottom flowers as they are a little soft and they are too light, it would also make for a more balanced image IMO.
(5 years and 3132 days ago)I would've put... "Check her out... but don't be too obvious!"
(5 years and 3132 days ago)It's kind of lost in the background.
(5 years and 3133 days ago)Lovely
(5 years and 3133 days ago)You have 2 very similar photos in this competition, that breaks the rules of anonymity, I would keep this and remove the other, before they both get removed.
(5 years and 3133 days ago)Great shot.
Very pretty, thanks for sharing.
(5 years and 3134 days ago)Cool shot.......... GL
(5 years and 3134 days ago)mmmmmmmmm... "Olive Stuff" sure sounds yummy
(5 years and 3135 days ago)yes author, you're right, the mistake is mine...............
(5 years and 3135 days ago)I'm very very sorry!!! and excuse me, if possible
I'm very very sorry!!!
about photography, is very successful!
Love the way the colors jump at you. Very nice photo.
(5 years and 3135 days ago)great shot, I had logs on my list too.
(5 years and 3135 days ago)nice
(5 years and 3135 days ago)It is pretty though, and I love the satellite dishes on what looks like an old barn. The place looks like it would be a dream for a photographer.
(5 years and 3135 days ago)This is Wisteria sinensis not vine.....................sorry!
(5 years and 3135 days ago)Sorry if my comment seemed rude, there is story. I just see potential to make it better.
(5 years and 3137 days ago)Nice photo wish it was just a bit sharper.
(5 years and 3137 days ago)Reminds me of myself as a child.
Looks nice. GL
(5 years and 3138 days ago)Nice... might crop just a little from the left to de-center and emphasis length
(5 years and 3138 days ago)I think it's better, got a lovely soft spring feel now.
(5 years and 3139 days ago)Very colourful
(5 years and 3139 days ago)Not sure I like the colour treatment of this otherwise nice photograph, makes them look more dead and relaxed.
(5 years and 3140 days ago)Thanks, it's really pretty.
(5 years and 3140 days ago)interesting effect, almost like a painting. how did you achieve this? Filter or noise reduction?
(5 years and 3141 days ago)great
(5 years and 3141 days ago)Nice shot
(5 years and 3141 days ago)nice
(5 years and 3141 days ago)very well done author!
(5 years and 3142 days ago)well done! fits the theme well author
(5 years and 3142 days ago)very vibrant!
(5 years and 3142 days ago)amazing
(5 years and 3142 days ago)Congrats
(5 years and 3143 days ago)Well caught
(5 years and 3145 days ago)Nice snapshot
(5 years and 3145 days ago)Well if that's all you have done, it should be fine. I just thought the 'white' of the eye was an un-natural colour, very striking though,
(5 years and 3148 days ago)Too much magenta added, IMO
(5 years and 3149 days ago)I agree, not a lonely, more like impatient. Just because someone is in a photo alone doesn't mean they are portraying that emotion. A single item or person doesn't always mean loneliness.
(5 years and 3151 days ago)I agree, the feeling I get is emptiness and loss, not alone. Grieving isn't loneliness unless you grieve alone. And I am sorry for your loss. I lost both of my Grandfathers within months of each other and a couple of days ago I just lost my Great Aunt, whom we are burying soon, so I understand what it's like to look for someone, and realize they aren't there anymore, and you won't get to hug them, kiss them, or laugh with them anymore.
(5 years and 3151 days ago)This is really lovely, well done
