The colors, and the backlight glare make this look overly manipulated, rather than artistic. Sometimes, less is more...

Good work. Nice contrast between the leaves and the concreate. Maybe you can crop a little from the top to remove the part where the grass extends over the concrete.

Very interesting shot, but a bit too blurry. It looks like you've attempted to sharpen it, which has lead to white "halo" artifacts around the leaves, but not enough clarity to the foliage.

Interesting composition, nice balance of colors, shapes and values. The trees frame the top of the image nicely.

The lighting is a bit too harsh, the lips almost disappear on the right side from the blown out highlight - the contrast is so high they lose their depth and shape. Nice image, just a bit overexposed.

Author: I really like the concept of this shot; however, maybe a better backgound (perhaps a white/pressed bedsheet on a tabletop), better lighting...stay away from on-camera flash, natural light would be better (near a window?) and get a bit lower on the angle...then you will have an impressive entry, just some suggestions...

nice ones... but if could reduce the brightness it might give more impact on them...

Nice DOF for a close up, sometimes, due to their small sensor size and great inherent DOF, a P&S camera makes an excellent choice for a close-up...
