Love the idea to create a tiny life in this still life, maybe you could have the window a bit curved with the apple.

Love the cartonish effect of the fairy hitting the wall, well done!
On other aspects I would have made other choices I think. I'm wondering if the 3 other figures are needed. You might have made the whole image stronger without them and focusing on adding other attributes instead.

You could bring the girl a bit out IMHO by making her edges less dark, the light is coming from the front.

I do like what you're doing here. It's looks like a religious mix up caught in a medieval triptych which you find in a lot of christian churches.

You might make it more alive if you make the water line (above > underwater) a little less rigid.

Maybe some minor adjustments on the roof and floor can be done (end of the floor texture has a hard edge on the beach. The roof has the opposite problem, this could use a more hard edge IMHO).

IMHO step 3 is better then end result. Personally I do not like the added egg shells.

I like that the flames do not look to realistic, it gives a playful addition.

Maybe you can adjust the arm towards the rope a bit in a more natural angle. She's hanging after all. There's also a black line around the moon, that should be an easy fix.

A suggestion to make everything better: make a new layer on top and use a 5px blur tool brush (check 'sample all layers') and go over the edges of the cutout shapes. This should make everything more together.
