I think the image is very well done and the SBS is really good but the source use is so minimal it has no impact on the end result. I feel the Mixed Media contest would have been more appropriate for this piece IMHO.

IMO the worm and your size should be little bit same(or the worm can be bigger than you) and that look more convincing to the theme that's what i thought

I have to agree. Can't really see any ruin here.

The B&W makes the subject almost impossible to see, as the high contrast of the water contrasted against the dark foliage steal the focal point. I would never have guessed this to be photo of ruins.
