beautiful
(5 years and 2347 days ago)This is an azalea, right? Whatever it is, it is most beautiful...
(5 years and 2347 days ago)A bit OOF
(5 years and 2347 days ago)A lovely light, and color, but it's a little out of focus.
(5 years and 2469 days ago)Lovely color & composition, but it's out of focus just the tiniest bit.
(5 years and 2469 days ago)Great capture of a capture! It'd be great to see the hi res!
(5 years and 2469 days ago)Lovely colors and lighting!
(5 years and 2469 days ago)Nice, but a high res would be good so we could get a nice look at it
(5 years and 2472 days ago)Nice, but just a bit OOF
(5 years and 2472 days ago)Great capture. need to have patience for a good macro. GL dear author
(5 years and 2475 days ago)Yes, I agree... the food seems kind of secondary
(5 years and 2816 days ago)According to the guidelines, "show us some awesome pictures of fast food. It can be burgers, fries, nuggets, chicken sandwiches, chili from Wendy's or anything you like that comes from a fast food place. " is this about the fast food or more about the child who appears to be the subject? Although a decent 'snap'...it's more of a portrait IMHO
(5 years and 2819 days ago)She looks like she doesn't want to be there, for sure.
(5 years and 2842 days ago)Author, your background picture works very well with this source. You have done a great job getting rid of the fence wire. A couple of observations I have are: 1. The cow's right rear leg (to the viewers left) down low there is a green smudged area, try using a clone tool to fix that area. 2. The edges of the cow are a little hard, you might try using a very small size brush for your smudge tool and lightly brush out wards to bring out some "fuzziness" of the cows hair and as eladine say's the blur tool works good for stuff like blending edges too.
(5 years and 2940 days ago)All in all a pretty good job.
I like the fix. Good one.
(5 years and 2941 days ago)now if you want to get more work on it you can always improve it by working on the fur. heres a tutorial I wrote that can help you with the fur work, http://www.pxleyes.com/tutorial/photoshop/1253/How-To-Make-Puss-in-Boots.html im sure there are plenty other tuts arround about his subject though. anyhow good job so far
(5 years and 2941 days ago)Great fix...GL author!
(5 years and 2941 days ago)it looks very good now great work
(5 years and 2941 days ago)I'll hold off voting since you're looking at submitting another after work. Here's something you might experiment with to hide the ghosting created from removing the wire. Try using a one pixel 100% Hardness setting on the smudge tool brush and set to 95% strength or a little lower or higher to flavor Click on strands of hair above the wire ghosts and try to follow the flow of hair to a point below the wire ghosting. This should net you some realistic looking cover-up.
(5 years and 2941 days ago)I like the backgound choice, it really brightens up the scene.
It looks like you have little bits and pieces that need to be masked out above the head. I think fixing that will make this image much better!
(5 years and 2942 days ago)you could clone the other leg, also look at the "dirt" arround the ears and top of the cow head, another tip, rn a very small and soft blur over the edge of the cow the it blends in a lil beter with the background and very small mistakes will get masked somewhat with that technique too. I also sense some "lines"in your imagecaused by the fence that u removed, , theres one right above the cow eyes, one right thru the cow nose , a lil below that another, and thru his knees one too. as if you copy paste the cow in parts u should try cover that up a little better. But its a good choice of sources they fit well together.
(5 years and 2942 days ago)Copy the other leg, paste in, and erase edges. Give it a try.
(5 years and 2942 days ago)gr8 shot......
(5 years and 2998 days ago)The old goose the person next to you to get the photoshoot rollong. High noon lighting under the shade tree is a good choice, but a little fill light would probably have helped. Good shot.
(5 years and 3057 days ago)definitely on theme, but I feel it would be a better photograph if you cropped it a lot closer and lightened it a little.
(5 years and 3062 days ago)Very beautiful author! Best of luck!
(5 years and 3064 days ago)Makes me think about the movie Deliverance, nice image. Good luck!
(5 years and 3064 days ago)Love the capture of the water! Greatly done!
(5 years and 3064 days ago)amazing shot author good luck
(5 years and 3065 days ago)a beautiful, but mystic?
(5 years and 3070 days ago)the water is wonderful
(5 years and 3070 days ago)Nice capture of the water, without losing the definition!
(5 years and 3070 days ago)This is wonderful! Would love to be there
(5 years and 3072 days ago)What a wonderful setting!
(5 years and 3072 days ago)Lovely clear photo, just wish the flash had been a little softer.
(5 years and 3127 days ago)A beautiful photograph, but I would crop it below the yellow branch t the top. I'm not sure all this rushing water says relaxing to me.
(5 years and 3142 days ago)Why is the image on it's side?
(5 years and 3157 days ago)The angle doesn't do much for the photo IMO
(5 years and 3157 days ago)I love the autumn colours.
(5 years and 3167 days ago)Beautiful, very peaceful.
(5 years and 3167 days ago)Mold in the bottom of a glass/cup?
(5 years and 3167 days ago)Is it a bowl with kiwi inside?
(5 years and 3167 days ago)Looks like fish, or frog's eggs
(5 years and 3167 days ago)really........!! I can see, maybe, a turtle shell, but where is the face... maybe his head is inside the shell......
(5 years and 3205 days ago)Didn't see this entry when I posted mine. Hope you're not offended or think I tried to steal your idea. I like yours
(5 years and 3209 days ago)we have those around here. We call them armyworms too. I hate them. They can denude a hillside in no time flat. They couldn't hurt you though. They're just caterpillars
(5 years and 3221 days ago)IMO, it would have made for a much more interesting photo if you took it from a different angle, rather than just strait down. The photo just lacks depth at this angle but once again.. just IMO....
(5 years and 3223 days ago)Aren't these also known as Gypsy-moth caterpillars? Because of the nasty nests they spin and they just seem to post up camp anywhere? These things will ravish a tree in no time.
(5 years and 3223 days ago)Good entry! GL!
I'm glad you didn't get any closer. what is it?
(5 years and 3224 days ago)Lovely colors!
(5 years and 3266 days ago)
