While walking along a trail, I happened to look to my left and there he was. And so close too. I took several photos. After I was done, I went down the trail a bit and was surprised that people never even noticed him. We have to stop and look around.

These two actually came up to each other and we were just in a flatbed truck. When they started banging together, I knew our truck was no match. I wanted out of there.

Found him under a rock near my pond and worried about where his friends were. Didn't visit the pond for awhile!

I don't remember her exact age, but she was in her 80's. Even though it was night, it was still very hot in there. And she was there every day and night working on projects. You don't see hardly any women blacksmiths. Very interesting lady.

As Officer Candidates, we spent A LOT of time climbing the ropes and getting the sails stowed on the yard arms. (Not fun to put the sails up in a thunderstorm in the middle of the night.) Good thing I had the camera. :) P.S. This is the Coast Gaurd Cutter Eagle. Only sailing vessel they have.

This guy was carving a hunk of Alabama marble. It was a display, but this is the type of environment (outside) they would work in. There were several artists absolutely covered in marble dust.
