I think this is really nice but it needs more background ( black ) to have a better composition since the borders are really tight here .
but nicely done. I hold my vote for possible changes.

i think exposure is not adjusted as it should be.
also it is not perfectly focused.
but this is a real nice idea.stick to it and make it perfect.

I do agree with friiskiwi , flash does not help here .
also I think a darker background could help more since your objects are brighter than that and so a nice contrast will be achieved
