The silo work on the hat needs some clean up. I agree about the need for shadows also. The sentiment is nice.
You need to post sources as required by the rules and guidelines.

Say what you will author but the lens flare does not seem to be naturally occurring and is not consistent with the lighting strength of the photo. I too see this as a photoshopped image.

Very good concept! I think the shadow on the water makes the water look flat, I might try it without the shadow and maybe tint the sky to add more color and help the duck separate better from the background but that's just my opinion, it's still really nice work.

Very nicely done, strong colors. I agree with Warlock about the hairline and the nose. Try using the smudge tool at a fairly low setting and a small brush and pull away from the hair edge into the skin to simulate the hairs at the hairline edge. The nose is just a bit of a tweak to fix. (Did I just tell you to tweak your nose?) None the less a good entry!

You've got some image residue on the left in the water. You also need to remove the image in the crook of her elbow. I agree about the lighting issue as well.

Really interesting use of the source. Great imagination! I tend to agree about the little nit Keiley22 mentioned but still a nice entry.

The water is very clear, I think we'd see a suggestion of the legs underwater, right now the water around the bathers looks too opaque. The reflections of the two on the left should be straight down and more disturbed by ripples IMHO.

Simple isn't necessarily a bad thing. There's quite a bit of residual image in the silhouette, try the magic wand to select the white and then go to selection and choose similar to remove most of the white. ( you may have to adjust the strength of the wand and also need to touch up the tree trunk but that won't be difficult.) The rock base is too soft, try to make it look like it's in there with the grass. That foreground "ridge" looks odd but maybe that's what you wanted.

The silhouette isn't very clean, there's quite a bit of white in the tree and the edges go from soft to hard with a lot of residual image pieces. If you use the magic wand, select the white, then go to selection and choose similar and click. Most all of the white will be gone but you may have to touch up the tree trunk a little and refine the shape a bit.. Sticking the tree in the water doesn't make this a surreal image just a tree out of place. The tree color doesn't match the background, it needs more blue.
