Nicely composed snap.
(5 years and 581 days ago)This needs to be viewed in high res and it's perfect there. Took me awhile to find the many hands.
(5 years and 581 days ago)You need to frame this and sell it for 2 million Euros! I like your photographic/artistic way of seeing.Good upload and inspirational for I will now look closely at graffiti.......thank you.
(5 years and 581 days ago)You were in a manhole when you shot this? The POV takes it over the top. Very nice.
(5 years and 581 days ago)Viewed in high res this is really great and see those pops of white lights? I like that creativity for it makes the mask more mysterious.
(5 years and 581 days ago)I really like the surreal dream like quality to this chop and I'm not so sure about shading because without it the end result is otherworldly. It is only an opinion on my part.
(5 years and 581 days ago)Professional looking......should've known it was yours.
(5 years and 581 days ago)Sweet, a good take on this theme of work in progress.
(5 years and 581 days ago)I like that WTF? feel to this image, it made me giggle and it is 17th century , not modern at all!
(5 years and 581 days ago)Nicely framed, good gray zone tonality, and good composition. I like this one and didn't even have to view it in high res!
(5 years and 581 days ago)Viewed in high resolution the gray bias is really strong. In b/w photography you do need black and you do need white that is why it is called black and white photography. This sure does look ancient tho'.
(5 years and 581 days ago)Viewed in high resolution this looks much much better. I think the composition is a touch too tight but most likely there is a good reason for this.
(5 years and 581 days ago)I like the colour palette with this upload. Are there more derelict vans behind the trees...it does tease the eye?
(5 years and 581 days ago)Miss Piggy?
(5 years and 581 days ago)It looks to me like you had or have a fairly intelligent camera...ha.
(5 years and 581 days ago)OH MY GOOD GOD.....and like a true dedicated photographer, you hobbled over to your camera bag, completely dazed and absolutely in agony. Then you unzipped the bag and breathed a sigh of relief that your camera did not suffer a broken something. You then completely forgot about the sharp knife like pain in your knee and sauntered over for you saw a photo op. Yes, you stood there calibrating your exposure, shutter speed and took this photograph for us to gnash our teeth over. You are a trooper and I know you have healed and are ready to hike the world over.
(5 years and 581 days ago)Thank you for sharing.
(5 years and 582 days ago)Really creative and well done and it has captured my imagination.
(5 years and 582 days ago)If his wings were on his derriere he'd only be going up? N'est ce pas?
(5 years and 583 days ago)Thank you for this post. I have downloaded those crack brushes and I think your "antique" painting is marvelous.
(5 years and 583 days ago)...........but but but but..........tell us how you did this. What filter did you use, that way we all can learn from your post. Thank you.
(5 years and 583 days ago)Congratulations to you on this win.
(5 years and 583 days ago)Congratulations Amiga.
(5 years and 583 days ago)Congratulations....nice shot.
(5 years and 583 days ago)Congrats.
(5 years and 583 days ago)Sweet sweet sweet...congrats
(5 years and 583 days ago)So, this is what a professional work of art is supposed to look like...my creations really tell me that I need to polish and learn and you are a marvelous teacher. Thank you for WoWing us with this beautiful piece, it is a winner. I am going to refer to your notes, which I appreciate oh so much, many many times. THANK YOU.
(5 years and 584 days ago)ha ha ha ha....I just voted and see it is YOU! I thought you were busy pouring paint. You are one great teacher.
Mom has a tear in her eye....and you thought I wouldn't notice, ay? Heartwarming.
(5 years and 584 days ago)Hey, I really like the texture applied to your son to turn him into a painting. How did you do the background, just plain or did you use the textured part and brought it down? It is nice to see members using their own photographs, it is very enjoyable to see how you changed this image and thank you for your SBS.
(5 years and 584 days ago)Luscious.
(5 years and 584 days ago)Springs out at us.....
(5 years and 584 days ago)Nicely done, reminds me of my mother....her flower.
(5 years and 584 days ago)Educational, thank you. Could use a bit more space at bottom but that is all about artistic decision.
(5 years and 584 days ago)Please take this photo again when Bailey is 6 months old and again when he is a year....and on and on. Warms the cockles of my heart.
(5 years and 584 days ago)Lovely, they were kind enough to pose for you, you old goat you! Sprintime flavour here.
(5 years and 584 days ago)Love this one, it speaks to me...nice connection between this double portrait and viewer.
(5 years and 584 days ago)I see, yes, I like this one, posed and all....cuppa tea.
(5 years and 584 days ago)Ahhhh grr rrrrreat poem! So true so true and a lovely entry.
(5 years and 585 days ago)Ahhhh grr rrrrreat poem! So true so true and a lovely entry.
(5 years and 585 days ago)Nice one.
(5 years and 585 days ago)Nice one.
(5 years and 585 days ago)Nice one.
(5 years and 585 days ago)You and Elton John have pacemakers and you are both creative! I will consider getting one installed.
(5 years and 585 days ago)I like it too and the creative element is so good. As far as the photoshop chopping goes it all looks good to me and how wonderful it is to read all the suggestions given. A great site to learn from the best.
(5 years and 585 days ago)I think I might have to in order to keep up with the photoshop side of this site....
(5 years and 585 days ago)From where do you get your ideas? This is just oh so corny and has me laughing. It is well done, feels almost normal.
(5 years and 585 days ago)It is a shock to wake up in the morning and find a blanket of snow where new life is springing up .....winter's last hurrah! A hot spot dead center weakens this image somewhat.
(5 years and 586 days ago)There is something that is so endearing with this post. It is natural, it is pure .....the two subjects fit right into the beauty surrounding them but most of all I love the connection of the two with the photographer....giving a very comfortable feel. As far as the technical elements of this photo go it is well done however, I would take your burn brush and brush in that very white blow out on the tree by the little girl's leg. I see you do have photographic information there (just tilt the screen and you will see it too)....so it will burn in easily HOWEVER, I don't think that is allowed with these contests....but OK to do when you go to frame this image!
(5 years and 586 days ago)And the gun behind them on the wall completes the story! Nice entry.
(5 years and 586 days ago)This really does speak of spring, new beginnings, freshness, coolness and your dof manipulation brings it home. Do you think it could have been a stronger image without dead center composition and using the rule of 3's?
