(5 years and 773 days ago)Hey, number 3 also....congrats.
(5 years and 773 days ago)Congrats to you on this, simply wonderful.
(5 years and 773 days ago)Congrats Brian, hope you are chuffed!
(5 years and 773 days ago)Cool and congrats Patty!
(5 years and 773 days ago)true.
(5 years and 774 days ago)I do that too.
(5 years and 774 days ago)I had some Camembert for our 3 o'clock coffee break, with apple. Very expensive over here in Thailand. Cheese and cars are more expensive here than in Toronto. huh???
(5 years and 774 days ago)I hope we can have magic mushrooms...he he he he. Can we smoke a Korrigan?
(5 years and 774 days ago)I can I can...where am I....in Brittany? Albania?
(5 years and 774 days ago)Ahhhh "home"....I worked here many moons ago. What a postcard perfect shot and it is "pretty as a picture".
(5 years and 775 days ago)Good eye, nice catch on reflection.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Yes, to the one. I really like the composition and story and it makes me want to be walking there with you.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Love the compositional style a really great catch, sharp where its supposed to be sharp and the mist gives great story.
(5 years and 775 days ago)You have sensor dust, can you see it? Look on the upper L hand corners, I count 4 and there are more, the bane of all photographers. Love the mood and the clarity on the boats juxtaposed against the misty foggy aspect is lovely.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Good that you mentioned that patch. Well done and now I can vote with a clear head. I like this image for the composition and the grunge. The selective colour works well.
(5 years and 775 days ago)You devil you tempting me this way when I'm on yet another diet. Clear, sharp, well composed albeit a tad tight at the left and no blow outs on the white. Just a great shot.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Much better, don't you agree! Now I can vote with a clear head.
(5 years and 775 days ago)This one really lends itself to selective colour technique. I like how the man is absorbed and not aware of photographer. The fact that he is looking down at the selected colourful pens is an added visual guide and a bonus to the photo.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Love this beautiful little girl in full colour and she is nicely framed by Minnie Mouse.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Nice one sir, even if staged. BC is beautiful but Kendra is more so. Nice clear image with great flares pointing to the main focal point.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Wonderful image, very powerful through great POV. Love the transition of colour taking us from cool to warm and the sun flares really rock.
(5 years and 775 days ago)I want to walk here with you and look for leprechauns and fairies. Lovely mood evoking image.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Quite artistic. Nice composition and feel to this, a photo that invites one to study it and get absorbed.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Great title so apropos. Love the warm colours and those ghosts really pop and make the image a mystery.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Corny, corny corny but you brought a smile to my face with that silly title (IT WORKED). Good sharpness on face and texture easily seen. Tight crop really pulls our faces into this face.
(5 years and 775 days ago)I like this one a lot because you have good focus on the tree trunk, that focus is throughout and not only in parts, so KUDOS to you.
(5 years and 775 days ago)I love it and I love it as sushi nigiri. The texture is well seen and what a great entry for a "hanging" contest (next time). The colours are true and nothing is overcooked.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Like this with keeping both doors in and this would be good for selective colour technique. Good angle too and nice grunge.
(5 years and 775 days ago)OMG I can taste this gooey-ness. Great entry showing that runny cheese and the inclusion of board and checkerboard napkin gives it an extra visual bump.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Nice one cherie.
(5 years and 775 days ago)Gosh, what a well timed image, how you were lucky to be there at this precise moment translates into an OH WOW shot. Grrrrrrrreat.
(5 years and 776 days ago)Were you talking to this little one? Love the attention you have captured and the point of view shows us he is a fragile little "wee beastie" and needs protection. Love it.
(5 years and 776 days ago)One cannot help at all but to fall in love with this face. An adorable photo with baby leaning into mom. Makes the viewer fall in love with life and all the beauty it holds for us. Lovely.
(5 years and 776 days ago)Oh ICK and double ICK. I bet one tiny sting and we are dead within 15 minutes. A wonderful photograph really jolts the viewer into looking and reacting! ICK.
(5 years and 776 days ago)Grrrrrrrrreat entry. I love this for the lines and shapes and colours which are muted and do show decay in a beautiful way. Whodathunkit!
(5 years and 776 days ago)YIKES, this is wonderful. Nicely grunged, great details, inspirational. You have made me look at ugliness and I see beauty.
(5 years and 776 days ago)Loved it, great shot, told you so he he he he he.
(5 years and 780 days ago)ICK....horrible, just awful. Congratulations on first !
(5 years and 780 days ago)Yes, this image has a really lovely glow to it and that soft vignette was exactly what the doctor ordered. Nice romantic entry.
(5 years and 780 days ago)This looks like a lot of hard work to bring back all those blues. Again try popping this with a touch more brightness as it feels a tad muddy.
(5 years and 780 days ago)This one works well for black and white since the fella is already black and white. The red selective colouring pops nicely. You might want to take this into ps and use your exposure button to give it a bit more brightness...when you do that be careful not to push it too far otherwise you will blow out the white on his neck. Try it, see if you like it better.
(5 years and 780 days ago)A very sweet photo as we get caught up in his world. Did you know your image is quite blurred/not focused, you might want to sharpen and re-submit it.
(5 years and 780 days ago)I like the composition of this with that oldster to the side all dressed in red overalls. What spoils the image is the strong white blow outs. You might want to take this back into PS and use your highlight/shadow lever to pull down that white, but be careful coz sometimes it can make the white an ugly gray. Anyhow, I'm not voting yet, just handing out suggestions.
(5 years and 780 days ago)Solid entry with this one and nicely composed as well with good straight horizon line.
(5 years and 780 days ago)Like the artistry behind this upload, well done. I would not have minded to see part of her breasts only because it looks like she's Demi Moore lying down and the pose looks too tight. Overall it is a rock solid entry.
(5 years and 780 days ago)You still have some blue bleeding. Look between her L arm see that, needs to come out. Also, look on her red shirt...did you leave a patch untouched?
(5 years and 780 days ago)Slightly out of focus, but an interesting catch.
(5 years and 782 days ago)Shot in low key and it is so appropriate. I love the fact that they are not all grinning at the camera for looking the way they do gives a ghoulish feel to the photo, yet we have one smile emanating from the little girl and that is a reminder that not all is sinister!
(5 years and 782 days ago)To step into the world of a child (missing her tooth). This is a very inviting image and we are charmed by the child partaking in Halloween festivities. I really like how she is peering up at us through the dark veil. Your POV shows us her childlike fragility and makes the image more meaningful on a subconscious level. LOVE IT.
