Flash is not the best choice here author.
The whole set up could be more "careful" ( with out the distracting things on the background).
If that was your best idea for this contest you should set this up a little more careful (imho).

Yeah I get about the same impression. It looks more like a park at night with fog.

So go out and shoot fresh. Don't you have power poles near you? This entry is on theme but really badly out of focus as far as the power pole is concerned. I would encourage you to try and shoot something a little bit better quality. GL!

That's what I was thinking, Ade. Just IMO, the only reason this image would qualify as on topic is because the quality of the image is not so good, making it look de-focused.
