Great take on the photo. Nicely done! Very creative.
(5 years and 2663 days ago)good use of source
(5 years and 2671 days ago)interesting, good work, bravo
(5 years and 2674 days ago)dat's a lots of fun !!! great thinking!!! maybe enlarge the bird just a bit.. just to make it stand out a bit, the puppy is a very powerful visual.. great fun chop
(5 years and 2674 days ago)LOL...who knew I could have a bovine fan?
(5 years and 2679 days ago)I see you've fixed the ear tags...
(5 years and 2679 days ago)I think the shadows need some work IMO but I'll take 5lbs of short ribs anyhow
You've flipped the cows, hence you've flipped the light sources and created a shadow problem. Doesn't help that the type on the ear tags is also reversed...
(5 years and 2681 days ago)I'd advise taking a good look at the light sources before trying to make shadows.
(5 years and 2681 days ago)How about some shadows?
(5 years and 2681 days ago)LOL, reminds me of the Dance Hall in the movie Beaches when the Bette Midler Character says "It looks a Flamingo threw up in here!" good luck!
(5 years and 2681 days ago)RickLeMesa has a good suggestion about the lighting effect filter. You might also try a photo filter on the elephants or a hue/saturation adjustment to try and bring their color more in match with the surrounding light, Maybe give them a purple hue too match the color of that what looks like a spot light. Cool picture and idea.
(5 years and 2682 days ago)one way to make this better, my opinion, is a lighting effect...filter/render/lighting effects..once there, at the top where it says"style", select RGB lights and adjust each color light to your liking.
(5 years and 2682 days ago)Not bad, but when you use the same image & flip it, you're dealing with opposite light sources.
(5 years and 2682 days ago)Nice blend! I would've liked to seen the shadows on the other side to match the background lighting. It would be cool to see some of those colored lights glaring off some of the body parts as well. Good luck!
(5 years and 2682 days ago)hope you have a penny,well done
(5 years and 2692 days ago)Ouch... Ouch ouch ouch... ouch ... big freapin OUCH!
(5 years and 2694 days ago)a small soft burn brush could be run over the edging to create more depth, and placing the back wing BEHIND the copter Layer might give it a bit more believability (the squared off masking is s dead give away) and some shadows on the ground would be nice (just be careful not to over do it)
(5 years and 2694 days ago)But as always, IMHO, good luck!!!
looks a hell of a lot better now anyway.
(5 years and 2695 days ago)Don't trust the filter...it usually works, but always check.
(5 years and 2695 days ago)CMYK46 is right, the image is copyrighted. You can find similar images on Flickr using the advanced search feature as explained in the blog he suggested.

I saw this image which is very similar to the one you used: http://www.flickr.com/photos/stevegarfield/279101205/

Great idea, but the source image is copyrighted. You can probably find something usable by checking http://www.pxleyes.com/blog/2009/06/how-and-where-to-find-legal-source-images/
