Very nice composition to this photo. They eye travels around and back to the plant very easily. Good job.

Cropping the right slightly to get rid of those two flash reflections would really strengthen this image - they are a bit bright and distracting from your focal point.

I don't know what are you shooting with,but keep in mind that flash washes away colors & creates nasty shadows if it's used directly on the subject/person.
The theme asks for hearts,so it would be good to use a softer/warm light source to bring out the feeling...

I think this would be a stronger shot if the focus was on the 'pyramid' of players and the ball with out all the other distractions. As it is, the action leads our eyes straight out of the shot.
