Just use the liquify for the effect ... but here's a tip .. use it alittle at a time... Helps if you got a cat as well so you can see how they behave then add 'Artistic Licence!" Thanks to hagit for the pic.. couldnt get my cat to sit still long enough..!!!! hope you like it...
