The bright spots in the eyes should come from the same direction. What I mean is both on the right side of the eye, or on the left. Hope you understand wha't I mean (if not, don't worry. I don't understand myself most of the times)

I would drop the pizza, and I would go back to step 9, desaturate and colorize a little bit. If you blur the farther away parts and the farthest even more, it'll give it some depth. Also, in an actual landscape, the farther hills and mountains are from the camera, the gradually lighter and duller they look. Check out this picture you'll see what i mean

step Nine is much nicer then the dark version for being able to see the actual food.. IMHO

It's so dark and monochromatic, you can neither make out the differences between all the sources you used, nor appreciate the wide variety of different items creating the foodscape.
Carl Warner lets the food be the landscape, not hide it behind overly dark values. Perhaps lighten it up and allow some of the real color to show.

The perspective of the feet is at a different angle than the body, with the front legs shorter than the back.

blend is ok. suggest lift the wings up and show more of the wings at its origin (something like a flying horse)

Hi there, nice attempt on the idea behind this creation. I'll give a little suggestion if you don't mind. First of all, I would like to give the water a little highlights as well as the ship.

The clouds are good but it's a little distract the main object. I think it could be a little blurred with the Gaussian Blur or masking > temporary remove some areas in the main object.

But it's all up to you, Author. It's your great creation anyway.

brighten the background... perhaps with flames....

It's quite dark (hard to see the detail) you might want to pass a large soft dodge brush over the whole piece to reveal more detail.. it's very hard to see in it's present state

Some people don't understand that not understanding is part of it all. I like everthing about it... maybe change the water to a red color to get more red in there... but it's awesome!

Edit: I was thinking red when you had the knife and stuff on there.... don't know now for sure... it looks awesome but listen to others on this one... keep up the great work!

Secret note to Author. When submitting an entry you can tick the box on the submission page that says "Publish entry later (via 'my contest entries')" and then you have all the time in the world to get it right before anyone sees it. You can check your links, your SBS and see how the image looks in Hi Res. Then when you are all done just go to My Stuff>My Entries>Hit the "Publish Entry" button. Voila, you have a perfect submission. That is until someone notices something else is wrong ... happens to me all the time but at least I get some of the problems taken care of before anyone can see!

suggest you clone a snow peak in the picture, soften the edges of your selection, add a little distortion, and place on the hump of the camel... now its just blurry (not snow-like).
you may consider lower alittle the opacity for the placed snow to match the camel.

just think tat you can print it and frame it in your room, nice

You might want to reposition the broom so that it is supporting the witch. She looks too obviously in front of, rather than on top of it.

nice work -- maybe take a look at the fornt wheel seem to be blending into the earth rather than on top -- also the rear wheel is a bit off round -- touch up the masking and this will be better (IMHO)
