Hi, you might want to use your denoise filter to clear the sky of artifacts. I like the description you have given this piece, it would have made a great title.
(5 years and 436 days ago)I am drawn to the colour palette but not to the persons devoid of emotion.
(5 years and 456 days ago)Looks like the kids are having a lot of fun.
(5 years and 456 days ago)I agree about removing the pole.
You have two photos in one here. If you slice down half the page and crop down artistically, keeping the fine details of the 3 silouetted images you have one classy shot.(minus the pole) What you have up splits our visual attention with eyes going left to right to right to left and the power of the image has been lost. Taking this to monochrome was interesting but if the children were wearing brightly coloured bathing suits the colour would have added a bit more visual stimulation and excitement. I like this post and the creativity behind it.
(5 years and 457 days ago)Not sure i agree with photonut in this one. cropping let you loose some fine details, right side especially. No...i would like to say..great entry.
(5 years and 458 days ago)I only would remove the ugly pole (1/3), hahahaha
Moorish this one
(5 years and 458 days ago)I like this one, works well in a silhouette mode, would crop out that sky though, feel the image would be stronger.
(5 years and 458 days ago)Did you put a bit of a tint on this because it seems two-toned almost, great catch.
(5 years and 459 days ago)Congrats on number two, nice one.
(5 years and 461 days ago)It´s probably your intention to turn it upside down.. But when i rotate it back.. it´s an amazing picture!! don´t need the rotation to make it more mysterious. But that´s my opinion.
(5 years and 466 days ago)hehehe
(5 years and 938 days ago)I empathize with the man above Coke bottle. Perhaps make Coke bottle a bit less contrasty. If you lighten the shadows of bottle it'll fit into the image a bit more.
(5 years and 939 days ago)Different & great idea.
(5 years and 945 days ago)I like how you shot this from the subject's perspective. You can almost feel the sand between the feet.
(5 years and 948 days ago)Great entry. Some pictures, as they say, speak a million words.
(5 years and 949 days ago)well deserved.Congratulations.
(5 years and 951 days ago)Congrats on winning, deserved to this
(5 years and 951 days ago)A longer exposure has given a nice feeling of blur to the boat coming into the frame. There is a softness in the water but the mountain lacks sharpness, however, sometimes softness is the way to go with these romantic kind of shots. Yes, romantic is a good word for this presentation. I like your compositional style as well by incorporating those boulders at the side you give us many focal points to rest upon as we do a visual journey through this landscape.
(5 years and 951 days ago)Congratulations, a well deserved win.
(5 years and 951 days ago)nice light and angles. I think the B&W really helps
(5 years and 952 days ago)wow!!! I love the symmetry in this
(5 years and 954 days ago)The tonal qualities shine in this presentation. Crisp and clear and the icing on this well baked cake is a human figure which always acts as an anchor point for our visual journey. Love the light source, the brilliance. This upload shines.
(5 years and 956 days ago)The light source on this is very effective. You take us from darkness into the light and into your angles, very cleverly done. At first I thought those were film reels on the ground and then recognized them to be faces, screaming. Very symbolic this photo....from darknes into the light where man is moving hopefully in a positive direction.
(5 years and 956 days ago)I agree that this is superlative. How were you able to capture everything from the floor to the ceiling?
(5 years and 956 days ago)yes it is good,my ones of this place don,t come anywhere near this.
(5 years and 957 days ago)The picture would have been almost perfect without these annoying branches.
(5 years and 957 days ago)Beautiful turquoise and blue hues but the attention is on that very hot tip. That's it "I HAVE A HOT TIP FOR YOU" ....
(5 years and 957 days ago)WOW thank you for that link and it showed the interior of the church as well, that murano glass is stunning.

(5 years and 957 days ago)I'm trying to read the writing on the sign. Where is this church located?
(5 years and 957 days ago)Have been in this building, although was on an organized tour,to many people there though, sometimes photos can,t do a place justice but have to say you done pretty good with this one, well done
(5 years and 957 days ago)Well done. This is the kind of photo that inspires ad copy. My immediate thought: "The tip of your journey should be the best."
(5 years and 957 days ago)Stunning
(5 years and 957 days ago)Ahhh if only "peace and with which all religions should be practiced." A photograph that takes our breath away and your artist's notes cannot help but make us ponder especially in today's time. I wish I had something constructive to say about your image but there is not a thing I would change it is top notch. Congratulations on taking a fine fine image.
(5 years and 957 days ago)Holy Guacamole, this is good. Without that woman in the photo it still would have been a great shot but with that person there this image skyrockets to the top of the pile.
(5 years and 957 days ago)Love it!.
