I like the concept, elements, limited palette, and Instagram-ish look. The ocean horizon doesn't match the vanishing point of the checkerboard floor, however. What is causing the the blue on the top of Alice's head? Compositionally, I think if she stood in the middle of the black tile there would roughly be a diagonal line from the hill peak to the arch top to her feet.

No problem with your surrealistic interpretation, then...but the red cast doesn't work for me. Just my 2 cents.

Good composition. Not sure how the ocean relates to the Alice in Wonderland story, and the entire image is too red.

I have been here! But got very sick so did not get my Balloon ride!

Even if I had I been able to go I would never have gotten such an incredible shot! Wonderful and love it in B&W. Really lets the shape and shadows show!

The gold swirls could probably use a little shadow, but overall very nice work, really creative use of source.

I like that this is not a totally symmetrical/mirror image entry. Even if this is not meant to be photorealistic, I do feel that where the lower part of the mask shows through the lace should be stronger.

The one on the right looks pretty natural... you sure that's a "costume?"

I think you should add some soft texture to the mask itself, it looks a bit too plain. Overall it's really good, great job.
