Pretty funny . The traffic light fits pretty well in the other pic (if it's about perspective and color). Have you thought about adding a real zebra crossing too? Good luck!
(5 years and 3644 days ago)Not bad, but imo the snow doll is a bit distracting. I think without the doll the image will have more impact. Good luck!
(5 years and 3644 days ago)Nice pick of sources, well done result. Good luck!
(5 years and 3644 days ago)Good mood, nicely put together. If you feel like, you cà n experiment a bit more with the text layout. For example, make the letters light instead of dark and put "you can stop it!" under. Right now it's all dark there, it almost begs that something will be put there. If you like, you can also make "NO!" bigger because there's more space. But all this only if you think it's looks better, of course. Good luck!
(5 years and 3644 days ago)Nice. There's still some white background visible in the tree. Checki this tutorial http://www.pxleyes.com/tutorial/photoshop/1272/How-To-Mask-A-Tree-In-3-Minutes.html in case you'd like to remove them easily. Good luck!
(5 years and 3644 days ago)Not bad, but some shading and a reflection in the water for the Can Man could be a nice addition. Good luck!
(5 years and 3644 days ago)Funny . Maybe I'd change the colors from the polo guy a bit so they fit better with the rest of the image. Perhaps a combination of desaturation and a blueish photofilter could be interesting, up to you. Good luck!
(5 years and 3644 days ago)Not bad but imo I'd use some more colors than brown only. Right now the skin color and clothes look too much like each other. Eyes could stand out a bit more too by giving a more lighter/other color. Restoring looks ok! Good luck!
(5 years and 3644 days ago)Not bad, but maybe there's a bit of shading needed on top of the kiwi (just under the upper eyelashes). Good luck!
(5 years and 3645 days ago)Coloring doesnt look bad indeed, but (contest goal): "(Don't take a photo that's crystal clear and all you have to do is to color it) - take something old or even damaged". Good luck!
(5 years and 3645 days ago)Pretty nice mood. Also tried to crop the image till just above the duckies? Good luck!
(5 years and 3645 days ago)That the 70s were strange is most likely but for some reason I also expect a bit more contrast. What if you add a solid black layer with blending overlay (and perhaps some opacity)? THe photorepair looks good! Good luck!
(5 years and 3645 days ago)Not a bad idea. Maybe one thing, the drops seem to look a bit flat on the cans, especially on top. Is it possible to make it look like there're really on the can (using transform tool)?. Good luck!
(5 years and 3645 days ago)Nice contrast in colors. Good luck!
(5 years and 3645 days ago)Cool design, photo looks very nice too! Good luck!
(5 years and 3646 days ago)Pretty nice decoration, where is this? (edit: already checked wiki, nice area there) Good luck!
(5 years and 3646 days ago)Nice shot & choice of tower. The air gives it an even more futuristic feel. Good luck!
(5 years and 3646 days ago)Very nice image. Good luck!
(5 years and 3646 days ago)Looks a bit like Thomas Jefferson . Good luck!
(5 years and 3647 days ago)Nice one, special because of its simplicity. Good luck!
(5 years and 3647 days ago)In fact I think step 1 in your SBS is already quite convincing as being a laser beam, but the end result is ok too (though there imo the beams look more solid). Good luck!
(5 years and 3647 days ago)Haha. Up to you, but I think the left hand from the sitting guy is in perfect position to actually support his head (mostly the chin in his hand) . Good luck!
(5 years and 3650 days ago)Nice hair masking and face expressions. Good luck!
(5 years and 3650 days ago)Hey, if thanks to her you got into Radiohead à nd PS, then well...it must have been all worth it . Good luck!
(5 years and 3650 days ago)@jawshoewhah: there's been some more done than just filter work. Two different images are combined together plus some extra PS work. Apart from that, a SBS is only mandatory when no external sources has been used (but of course they're always welcome).
(5 years and 3650 days ago)@author: quite sad image , maybe the person would look more alone if you'd see him more in the background (so that you see that really no one is near him), but that's up to you. Good luck!
Interesting image, imo would maybe work better without the distorted reflection. The reflection in the blood is a nice detail though. If you can try to make the top and bottom a bit more round (the sides seem to go a bit too much vertical). Good luck!
(5 years and 3650 days ago)Pretty nice surreal image. Maybe would be interesting if you could make the eye really in the wall. That is, that you transform the stones and holes/joints (or how to call the space inbetween the stones) that way around the eye so that the eye looks part of it. I'd skip the dove's reflection. Good luck!
(5 years and 3650 days ago)Not bad, but I'd make the shadow for the woman way softer (blur edges) and maybe not use a silhouette of the body, but more like there's a light from above pointed on her. Good luck!
(5 years and 3650 days ago)Interesting abstract, here and there (mostly in the lower right corner) a bit pixelated. Good luck!
(5 years and 3650 days ago)Nice theme and execution. Good luck!
(5 years and 3650 days ago)Looks quite ok. In case you wanna keep the text, you might want to consider to use a font that has more connection with Old School. Apart from that, I'd make the spokes from the tires darker so they're less obvious in the image as being masked. Good luck!
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Funny idea indeed, almost Magritte like (though maybe should be more surreal for that). Good luck!
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Not bad. Try to flip the added clouds, right now they seem to get light from the left while the hand gets light from the right. Good luck!
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Funny, but jawshoewhah has a point. That is, the shoes are very sharp at the nose and more blurry (out of focus) at the backside. A same certain thing would happen with the paving too (that is, somewhat halfway the image). Also the smoke, since that's also coming from the backside of the shoes. Would be nice if you could experiment a bit more with it. Good luck!
(5 years and 3651 days ago)NIce use of source, but I kinda agree with maXed. Before putting the pavin on the wall, make it straight first, then duplicate it a couple of times so you have enough to cover a whole wall (and try to avoid repetitive patterns) and then use the transform tool (perspective, for example). Good luck!
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Good that you could replace the images for legal sources, but please download the High Resolution images, right now your entry is quite pixelated. Apart from that, try to soften the images a bit. Good luck!
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Edit: Yes, indeed
Pretty funny . The tree picture is a bit yellowish and the child pic a bit more blueish. Perhaps if you put a warm photofilter for the kid with clipping mask, the colors may get more together. Good luck!
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Author, keep in mind that you can not use copyrighted pictures (source 1&3). See also here: http://www.pxleyes.com/blog/2009/06/how-and-where-to-find-legal-source-images/. Good luck!
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Nice colors. Maybe I'd expect a bit of a distortion of the reflected thistle, because of the ripple effect. Good luck!
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Original pick of animal and yeah, what wind says. Good luck!
(5 years and 3652 days ago)Nice design and colors, the water (in fact mostly the reflection) is a bit less convincing imo. Good luck!
(5 years and 3652 days ago)The forlast written sentence is the sweetest of course . Good luck!
(5 years and 3652 days ago)Haha, nice story . Good luck!
(5 years and 3652 days ago)I agree with Lodd and Artifakts. Still a nice shot though. Good luck!
(5 years and 3653 days ago)Great choice of object, imo could have worked even better if the focus was in the middle (or just under in the middle) of the image. But ver nice for the rest. Good luck!
(5 years and 3653 days ago)@karaflazz: Maybe because the musicians are statues? @author: Good luck!
(5 years and 3653 days ago)Very cool construction! Good luck!
(5 years and 3653 days ago)Nice effect! Good luck!
(5 years and 3653 days ago)And you survived? Congrats! Good luck!
(5 years and 3653 days ago)Giallo is tha man! Good luck!
