Pretty nice result and colors. In fact I'm curious how you got to this flower shape in the first place (is not very clear in the SBS). Good luck!
(5 years and 3666 days ago)Nice mood, just wondering what causes the shadows if the moon is on the left backside in the image. Perhaps it'll look more logic if you put the moon in the right corner. Good luck!
(5 years and 3666 days ago)Not bad. If you flip the canoe image, it will receive the same light source as the source image.(from the right upper corner). Good luck!
(5 years and 3666 days ago)Nice pick of sources, well done result. Maybe you can get rid of the shadow under her foot though, it looks a bit off. Good luck!
(5 years and 3666 days ago)Just to get the picture (or maybe better not...), dendrophelia according to Wiki: 'Dendrophilia (or less often dendrophily) literally means "love of trees".' Is that a phobia then? Good luck!
(5 years and 3666 days ago)Not bad. Try to clean up the edges around the hand. Good luck!
(5 years and 3666 days ago)Very nice shot, you captured the perfect emotion. Good luck!
(5 years and 3667 days ago)HiRes looks like an impressionism painting. Nice one. Good luck!
(5 years and 3667 days ago)HiRes version would be nice to see . Good luck!

(5 years and 3667 days ago)As elficho says, there's something not completely ok with the shadow for the snail. Right now it covers quite some part of the car which results in that it looks more like the snail is floating above the car instead of on the car. Place the shadow way more closer to the snail (and remove the shadow of the parts that's not on the car) and it will work better already. Perhaps with a bit of liquify you can put the snail's body even more like it's leaning on the car too, but that's up to you. Good luck!
(5 years and 3667 days ago)Very nice shot indeed. HiRes would have been great. Good luck!
(5 years and 3668 days ago)Cant add much to what birdlady says. Very nice image. Good luck!
(5 years and 3668 days ago)Funny idea, but why not using a real spray bottle (since you're also using a real fly)? Wouldnt that make things more clear? Good luck!
(5 years and 3669 days ago)Nice mood, but the leaves all more or less have the same shape and angle. You may want to vary a bit with that by using the transform tool and the use of the other leaves too. Good luck!
(5 years and 3669 days ago)Great shot, very nice result. Good luck!
(5 years and 3670 days ago)Nice colors. In case it's allowed, is it possible to make the horizon all straight (I guess those are where the different images merge)? Good luck!
(5 years and 3670 days ago)Original (because it's a vertical panorama), but unfortunately the lampposts in the background have some problems fitting with the other images. Dunno of you're allowed to mask that? Good luck!
(5 years and 3670 days ago)Funny one. The pawns in front seem to float a bit, maybe because the chess board has a bit different perspective. What if you just use the original wooden floor (incl the reflection from the original pieces) for your entry, then the floating might be fixed. Good luck!
(5 years and 3670 days ago)What Rob says. Or try (carefully) with liquify to bring more curve in the marker, so it looks more in the same perspective as the rocket. Good luck!
(5 years and 3670 days ago)Not bad. Maybe a tiny little bit of shadow from the chameleon on the right side of the leaf? Good luck!
(5 years and 3673 days ago)Mmm...what did you do with the background that it's so pixelated? Good luck!
(5 years and 3673 days ago)That lamprey source image is really cool to use, but I'd make it look bigger. Likely the sunflower can eat some small animals now, but with such bigger mouth I think I'd be more impressed (and won't get much close to it ). Good luck!
(5 years and 3673 days ago)Funny . Make the air a bit darker, so the moon will blend in better. Good luck!
(5 years and 3674 days ago)The masked tree looks good, but I also agree with elficho. Just a liiiitle bit more contrast for the skeleton so it's even more part of the whole image. Good luck!
(5 years and 3674 days ago)Be sure that you check the option "save high resolution version" when you upload your image (or at least that's how it works with PS-related entries). Good luck!
(5 years and 3675 days ago)Really very nice. I understand some of the critic, but imo the tree and its surrounding only complement each other. Despite the more colorful background, it's the tree that stands out in this image. A HiRes would've been very appreciated though. Good luck!
(5 years and 3675 days ago)Yep, looks better already . Good luck!
(5 years and 3679 days ago)Nice work, flower fits pretty well. Good luck!
(5 years and 3679 days ago)Clean look and feel, nice result. Good luck!
(5 years and 3681 days ago)The cover has an eyecatching graphic, would certainly get your attention. I'm not completely sure about the contents or in fact what I should expect in the first place since there's nothing explained but the lay out of the page is there for sure with consistant use of typograpy. Perhaps you can put some text above in white, so it's in better balance with the lower texts (which are already white). Good luck!
(5 years and 3681 days ago)Nice one. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the stick and the part inbetween the birds that are both red. If you'd give them another color (like green?), it would have more contrast with the birds and look less flat (as it is now, the stick and birds are one, including the flower's texture...makes it flat, imo). Good luck!
(5 years and 3681 days ago)Nice shot, good contrast. Good luck!
(5 years and 3682 days ago)Nice grain yes, and good use of light. Good luck!
(5 years and 3682 days ago)Not bad, although I dont get well what the photo has to do with the magazine. Maybe if you connect it with an item that you can read inside the magazine it would help already. You also may want to look at the lay out, where you put what text and the font size. Ow, and remove the "m" from "Octomber". Good luck!
(5 years and 3683 days ago)Not bad, but some comments. First of all, the texts you used are too small to read. I cant read them in small version, while the canvas of the magazine is quite big. So the proportions are not ok, imo. If you'd be in a bookshop and see this magazine, no way that you'd be able to read the cover. Other thing is that the texts seem to get off from the cover. Put them a bit more inside the image, will read better. "In the spotlight" is nice, but why you aligned it with the X? I can imagine it would fit well above PXLE or next to that, aligned with to top (so above "xpose" ). Free cd is also always welcome, but you wrote it 2 times, not sure if that's necessary. Your use of colors is ok, it has some computer/ICT- look and feel. And you're consequent with the use of black and white for your texts (which is also good, imo).
(5 years and 3683 days ago)Ow, and you have permission to use my image .
Good luck!
Nice composition and I agree with jawshoewhah (that is, if the photo hasnt been cropped so far), the vertical part is just perfect there in the image. Good luck!
(5 years and 3683 days ago)Nice composition and good contrast. The texture looks very nice. Good luck!
(5 years and 3683 days ago)Nice sharp image. If you'd have gone a bit closer and used a bit lower perspective, the driftwood part would stand out even more in the (air) background. Good luck!
(5 years and 3683 days ago)The birds look ok, but there seems to miss some interaction between them and the branches where they stand on. Try to put the paws like they're really wrapped around the branches. Good luck!
(5 years and 3683 days ago)What pixelkid says, well done! Good luck!
(5 years and 3683 days ago)The light effect looks good indeed, well done result! Good luck!
(5 years and 3683 days ago)Original thinking, would be better if you gave the penguin the right shading (light comes from left behind upper corner, so I expect some more shading on the front and right). Compare also with your source. Nice own image, btw. Good luck!
(5 years and 3683 days ago)Good thinking, nice colors. The skeleton penguin is maybe floating a bit. Good luck!
(5 years and 3683 days ago)Nice idea, would be even better if the blue was darker (now it's the flag of Luxembourg ). Good luck!
(5 years and 3684 days ago)The "horse's" body is a bit too liquified imo, but for the rest you succeeded pretty well in what your idea was, well done! Tiny suggestion: Don Quijote could do with a bit more contrast. A way to do that is to add some of the lighter clouds from the original behind the Don. Up to you if yuo'd like it or not. Good luck!
(5 years and 3685 days ago)Not bad, but imo it would be improved if you'd make the wings from the windmill transparent. Good luck!
(5 years and 3685 days ago)Nice idea. What I dont get, the crane in the original looks way sharper than in this entry. There's no way to make the bird sharper again? Also, compare the shadows from the source pic to the shadows that you made for the crane. In the source it's more greenish, perhaps you'd like to adjust that. Good luck!
(5 years and 3685 days ago)Fits perfectly! If you can bring back (or in fact reproduce) any of the original shading and lightning from the nose and under the eyes, would be great (to get a bit more depth in her face). Good luck!
(5 years and 3686 days ago)Nice. You think it's possible to adjust the reflection of the original building a bit, so it will look more like this new houses' reflection? Good luck!
(5 years and 3686 days ago)Edit: Oops, I was a bit slow with posting my comment...ok if you dont wanna change the reflection (though you cà n do with by copy-pasting the current ones)
