You have a very beautiful idea, author...I'll echo, however what ponti said about the edges looking a bit unrealistic. Also, is it just me, or are there two shadows being cast in opposite directions? I think it looks pretty good in color as is, but it would be interesting to see in B&W.

Your selections seem a bit rough and a bit too feathered, i also think that a black and white image (maybe at about 80% opacity to bring in a bit of colour) would look great. Good luck!

Is this a metal sculpture? It looks like stone to me... if so, the stains are not corrosion...
I like the picture a lot, but I associate corrosion with metals... am I interpreting the word the wrong way?

really not difficult to see there has been a fire here...just look at the machine under the counter, look at the smoke damage on the side of the refridgerator............even without hi res, looking at this shot closely, you can see it.

High res would help. Ah but a good theme match. Believe me, I can relate. I've seen what a bad fire can do when I was hired to help demo one. It's a DIRTY MESS!!! GL!

It's not very candid if I can't see their facial expressions. In this resolution it looks slightly out of focus.
